Mystery Mesmer

Where did you get your name from?
Well when I saw a friend of mine playing Guild Wars I decided to have a go so I created a Mesmer, I've always seen mesmers as kind of mysterious and it also went with the profession name, hence Mystery Mesmer. Ever since then it's been the name a lot of people know me by. People don’t see me on Mystery as much but for me she was more of a test run of Guild wars, it's why I tend to play other characters more but I still have the Mesmer knowledge and like to play in ab with my Mesmer which is always fun.

When did you join DAD?
I joined within the first fortnight I started to play Guild Wars which was about January/February time, I remember been recruited in the great temple of Balthazar by Ocian Lord, I've loved it ever since. Later I moved to DAD2 and it has been a great experience, I've met some amazing people who are all unique.

Why did you join DAD?
My first guild that I joined wasn't great, it had a new leader every day but I did however enjoy talking to others, I saw DAD advertised and decided to give it a shot after having a good 10 different Guild leaders in the same one guild!

What other guilds did you belong to before you joined DAD?
Like I said DAD was really my only guild, I couldn't tell you the name of my first guild...I have a really bad memory and I don't think we will ever know that one.

Whats your favourite part on Guild Wars?
It may sound very sad but I love meeting new people and been able to play online with them, it makes the game a lot more enjoyable, we all meet people who we don't like as well but I see it all as part of the game and don't mind it. I also love the armor sets, you can never have enough armor in your inventory, most of them I find really detailed and well thought out.

How long have you played Guild Wars?
Since January 2007, I haven't been an old Guild Wars player but I've done quite a lot, it's coming up to about 10 months soon, ask for the hours I'll let you have a guess

Who are your main friends?
When playing Guild Wars I like meeting a lot of new people but some I've known for a long time and who I thoroughly enjoy talking to and playing Guild Wars with. I like to think I get along with all of our officers in DAD2 and many others great. I love Thorn my pink partner in crime he's one of the sweetest people I know and I love his personality, Hyper is really great to get along with, and I love talking to Jaxx and Nat about everything! The list goes on so I won't bore you

How did you become leader of DAD2?
Ha! I get asked this every so often and I honestly don't know! I guess I tried my best in what I was asked to do and that got me where I am today. I'm just very grateful to Jule for giving me a chance and I think he does an amazing job of leading DAD. I couldn't have kept DAD2 so well kept if it wasn't for all of our officers and the great members we have so thank you for making my job easier.

Who has been your greatest role model in the guild?
Hmmmm that's a tough one. I think for one it would be Jule, he's always handled things well and fairly and he does a great job at it, my hat goes off to him. I think any member that is willing to go out of their way to help another person is someone who I look up to, we have a great team of officers and members who try their best to make others happy and I admire that. Also I have admiration for Dorvan, I really like his fun loving nature and how he takes everything so well, I know I can't take things that well and keep so calm, so I really like that about him.

What do you like best about DAD?
The people that make DAD of course, you learn to spot people's mannerisms in a way and you can make some great friends, it's full of completely different people. I also love the DAD cape even though so many that don't. KEEP IT lol! I guess I also like all the fresh ideas that are listened to such as the press team itself.

What other games do you like?
Really...I'm not a fan of anything else, I've owned most of the sims games and I guess ' can get addicted to car games when I see someone playing but I don't think I have time to play Guild Wars and any other games so it's just Guild Wars for now!

Besides GW what else do you enjoy?
I like going out with my friends, talking, having fun nights out and I guess you can say I swim but I quit a while back so I do it in my spair time now.

What's with the pink?
I want my Guild Wars characters to stand out and what better way than going PINK! Thorn may be dissapointed because I have very few pink things in real life...I think I have a pink hat and that's it...sorry Thorn we can go shopping for things we like one day.

Will you ever give Draco your address?
Honestly...no not without knowing him, for all I know he might be tightfisted with his ice cream or he could be a real gent ;) You should ask him on his interview press team.

Hyper: My earliest memory of Mystery has been when Ocian was leader of DAD4 and he was doing tryouts for officer and I accidently offended (not badly) Mystery when I said the officers where fine when she applied, then I don't know how we became friends and ended up proctecting her from anti-Mystery stuff... which is very rare cos she's great!
P.S. I think she's my favourite leader I've been under (as in that's leader of my guild I ain't saying Jules or Uncle are bad) She is easy to talk to and sorts out problems... if only I knew her in real life

Thorn: Mystery has been a great friend to me ever since I joined this guild. She put great faith into me and my abilities and has also been there as a friend for me when life gets hard. I first met her at a party ages ago when I first joined and she was kind to me and from then on a friendship built, now I see her as my bestest friend in the guild. As well as my PPIC!! (Pink partner in crime), she is a great inspiration and role model for all in the guild, and I trust her with everything.
I will always stick with her, and I hope that we will always be friends.

Jule: I personally feel I could not have picked a better leader for DAD2. Mystery is always Fun, Friendly, Active, and outgoing with all the members of DAD. Mystery has a big heart and is always willing to help new members, not to mention that she puts on a great party! Thanks for all you do Mystery!!
