General Guidlines

The content MUST be appropiate for all users not just adults, none extreme violence will be accepted since we do fight in GuildWars.
Please submit all submissions (except member profiles) to this email:
My other adresses change over time and not all support large files.
Large files take time to upload to an e-mail server, transmit accross the web and download from an e-mail server. For this reason please try to keep file sizes down, compression may be needed (standard windows compression or winzip format only). The Jpeg image format does have some compression built into it.

Screenshots

All screenshots are displayed at a resolution of 640 pixels wide by 480 pixels tall.
Larger images will be accepted but will be reduced in size before been uploaded to the server, either by been resized or by cropping. Smaller screenshots will only be accepted if of an adequate quality and the subject of the screenshot can be observed without difficulty.
Screenshots of a dubious nature will not be displayed.
Although not compulsary I ask that all screenshots be sent either as a jpeg or in a zip file (standard windows compression or winzip format only). Please see general guidlines for more details.

Fan Art

Fan art images may be submitted at any size but something that fits in our template would be nice, the template allows for anything with a width up to 900 pixels and any height.
Please do not send video clips unless it has been impossible to find a host elsewhere, we much prefer to link rather than host. www.youtube.com will host most clips for free and provides the necessary software for users to view them.
If we are forced to host them please note I have NO video clip editing software so it must be in standard format to begin with, also unless the clip is exceptional it will only be presented for download not on-site display. The scripting for displaying clips on a site can be complex as all browsers display clips differently and this broswer specific support would be needed.

Chronicles

Chronicles should be submitted as either .doc .rtf .odt formats or as part of an e-mail message (plain text or html).
Language rules should be followed for Chronicles.
Please spell check and check grammer before submission, I do not perform this function for you, if I notice any obvious mistakes I will correct them while adding the html tags but do not count on it.

Member Profiles

Member profiles should be requested via the form below, please chose if you are updating a previous profile, requesting a new image or applying for a new profile from the drop down list.
It is recommneded that members do not provide a full real name, only their first name, this will help reduce any possibilities of fraud.
Please ensure you include your main character name and e-mail address so we can contact you if need be.
Profiles are classed as low priority and will be added when time is available, Images will be obtained in game by an admin or alternatively you may submit a high quality image via e-mail to .
